Your website costs you money every month. Is it making any?

You'll know. Every month.

Real numbers from Google and Bing. What AI assistants say when someone asks for a business like yours. What I fixed, and what it did.

Based out of Spokane, WA. Working with businesses anywhere.

A small storefront with its website, search results, map pin, and customer reviews glowing above it.
The monthly report

Everyone sends a report. Mine can be checked.

Most monthly reports are estimates in a suit — invented traffic numbers, scores with no method behind them. I got tired of it and built my own.

Straight from Google and Bing
Your actual clicks and positions, pulled straight from Google and Bing. Not scraped. Not guessed.
Five AI engines, word for word
Five AI engines asked what your customers ask. Word for word what came back — and who got named instead of you.
Five graded areas, method printed
Five graded areas, and the scoring method printed — so you can check any number in it.
Every contact, counted
Form sends that actually sent, phone-number taps, email clicks — and where on the page they happened. Counted, never estimated.

If I can't measure it, it doesn't go in the report. That's the whole difference.

Scope

One person. Your whole marketing.

Website. Google profile. Listings. Search. Content. Reporting.

Big companies have someone down the hall for this. You have a phone number you're not sure still works.

Questions

The three that matter

You got me to 100. Why keep paying you?

A 100 is a photograph. It isn't a state.

Google moved the speed thresholds last year. AI search didn't exist three years ago. Your competitors publish every week. A directory changes your hours and nobody tells you. A certificate expires. A form quietly stops delivering.

None of that is a flaw in your site. All of it is why a perfect site stops working.

The score isn't the finish line. Holding it is the job.

And if the work ever genuinely runs out, I'll tell you and move you down a tier. I'd rather have you at $395 for five years than $795 for eight months.

If your sites don't break, why do I need a plan?

The site won't rot. What surrounds it will.

I build static — no plugins to update, nothing to break in the background. Sites change because your business changes, not because the software rotted.

But your site is only worth what Google, the directories, and the AI assistants say about you this month. That changes constantly, and nobody sends you a note when it does.

Want a site built and nothing else? I'll do that. It's a project, not a plan.

Do you handle our IT?

No — and I'll tell you who should.

I'm not a helpdesk. Password resets, day-to-day user support, a laptop that won't boot — that's on-call work. You need a managed IT provider for that, and I'll point you at a good one.

What I run is your marketing: the site, the listings, the search results, the report. Scheduled work, done on a monthly cycle — not a pager.

I'd rather tell you now than take your money and do it badly.

Ready to hand this off?

Tell me what's going on with your business and I'll tell you what I'd fix first.
