Privacy policy

Short version: I collect what you send me through the forms so I can reply, and page-view counts that aren't tied to you. No advertising trackers, no cookies, nothing sold to anyone.

What this site collects

When you submit a form here, I receive what you typed — your name, email address, and message, plus your business name and phone number if you chose to give them — along with the time of submission and which form you used. That's the whole list.

The web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.

Analytics without surveillance

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without following you across the web. It collects no personal information and builds no profile of you. There are no advertising networks or tracking pixels on this site — which is a stronger statement than most websites can make, and it's the same setup I recommend to clients.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies — none to consent to, so no banner. The spam-protection widget on the forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set a short-lived token while it verifies that a submission isn't automated; it identifies the check, not you.

What I do with it

I use your contact details to respond and to provide whatever you asked about. I don't sell, rent, or trade your information. It's shared only with the services that run this website and deliver my email, and only as far as needed to do that.

Google user data (SiteScope)

Little Servant, LLC operates SiteScope, an internal reporting platform that — with a client’s authorization — reads data from that client’s Google accounts through Google APIs: Google Search Console (search performance), Google Analytics (visitor data), Google Business Profile (reviews and listing data), and Google Ads (advertising performance).

Access is read-only. This data is used solely to compile that client’s own monthly report. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and never aggregated across clients. It is retained only as long as needed to produce the client’s reports, and a client can revoke access at any time from their Google account’s security settings.

SiteScope’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Text messages

If you check the box asking for texts, I'll use your number to communicate about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Opt out any time by replying STOP — or by telling me any other way. An email, a phone call, or a note in a form all count, and I'll honor it.

How long I keep it

Inquiries are kept as long as needed to serve you and to keep normal business records. Ask and I'll delete yours.

Your choices

Email hello@littleservant.com to ask what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state law; I honor those requests whether or not the law requires it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it.
