You already have a website

It's up. It's just not helping.

It looked fine when it went up. Now it's dated, you can't update it, and it doesn't show up when people search for exactly what you do.

The usual version of this story

Somebody built it years ago. Maybe they've moved on, maybe they just stopped answering. Nobody's sure where the login is, or who the domain is registered to. The photos are old, the phone number took three weeks to change last time, and you've stopped putting the address on anything because the site doesn't look like the business you actually run.

And it's probably on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, GoDaddy, or wherever the person who built it put it. That's fine — I'll work on what you already have. Most people didn't pick their platform, and a rebuild isn't always the right answer. If it becomes the right answer, I'll tell you why.

None of that means starting over. Sometimes the site is worth keeping; sometimes a rebuild pays for itself. The point is to find out which — with evidence, before spending anything.
The path

Three steps, no commitment until the third

  1. See where you stand. Real Google and Bing data on how the site performs today — your scores, and the three things I'd fix first. No charge.
  2. An honest recommendation. Fix or rebuild, with the reasoning shown. You keep your domain and everything that works — nothing gets held hostage.
  3. Kept current, every month. Plans run $395 to $1,495 a month, every price public. The cycle runs on its own, and a report shows where you stand.
