Beyond the plans

Everything that isn't a plan

The plans cover the month-to-month work. This page is everything around them — what you can add, what a project costs, and the deal in plain language.

Monthly extras

Social Media Management

$750/mo

12 posts a month across two channels — six each — with captions and simple graphics. You pick the two: Facebook, Instagram, or X. The month's calendar is approved by you before anything goes out.

Additional channel $250/mo — six more posts on a third

Not included Replying to comments and messages, paid social advertising, video production.

Ads Management

$750/mo per platformsecond platform $500/mo · above $5,000/mo ad spend on a platform, 15% of spend instead

Campaign setup, landing pages, call tracking, and ongoing management — on Google Search, Google Local Services Ads, or Meta (Facebook and Instagram together, one platform). $750 one-time setup per platform. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform — it never passes through Little Servant. Local Services Ads run only after Google’s verification — a certificate of insurance and a background check, which takes one to four weeks.

Available on any plan — Foundation, Growth, or Partner.

Why you need a plan first. Plenty of agencies will run your ads without touching your website. That’s how people end up paying for clicks that land on a page that was never going to convert them — and the agency gets paid either way. I won’t do that. If the landing page is what’s losing the lead and I can’t fix it, you’re paying for traffic I can’t do anything with. Ads can’t outperform the page they land on, so I need to own both — and work on the pages your ads point at is part of the ads fee, whichever plan you’re on.

Projects

Every project includes two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are quoted before they start.

AI Workflow Projects

Quoted by scope

Sites I build can stay with me after launch on Site Care: hosting, DNS and Cloudflare oversight, uptime and SSL watched, domain and form checks, backups with version recovery, and small business-info updates when your details change. It keeps the site online and lightly maintained — the monthly report and the marketing work are what the plans above add. Larger changes are quoted first, and Site Care itself is quoted when we plan your build.

Terms

The short version

Term
Month to month. No minimum term, cancel any time.
Cancellation
Takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No partial-month refunds.
Onboarding
$500 one-time. The first month is the heaviest — access to everything, the baseline audit, and 50+ business listings built, corrected, and verified.
Annual prepay
Saves 10%.
Guarantee
60 days: if after two full reports you don't think the work is real, I'll refund the second month and hand everything back.
Billing
Billed in advance by ACH. Card on request.
Plan changes
Take effect the next billing cycle.
Projects
50% to begin, 50% on completion. Monthly plan clients receive a reduced price on project work; how much depends on scope.
Ownership
You own everything — domain, site, accounts, files. Returned free if you leave.
Military
Active duty and veterans receive 10% off monthly plans and project work.

The Service Agreement is the binding document. It arrives by email for e-signature before anything is billed, and I'd rather you read it than skim it.

What's included has edges

Design
Quoted as a project. What every plan includes is format and file changes to things that already exist — a logo exported at another size, an existing file adapted to a platform's dimensions. New pieces, new brands, and print runs are quoted first.
Logo and brand identity
A project, quoted separately. So is applying it to anything new; adapting a file you already have is included.
IT and helpdesk
Not part of any plan. Password resets, day-to-day user support, device problems — that's on-call work, and I do scheduled work. If you need someone on call, you need a managed IT provider, and I'll help you find a good one.
Workspace or 365 setup
Getting email on your own domain set up properly is launch or project work, quoted separately. Ongoing mailbox administration isn't part of any plan. Migrating an established multi-mailbox setup with years of archives is specialist work and I'll refer you to someone who does it every day.
Requests
By email, during business hours.
Website builds
Projects, quoted by scope. Monthly plan clients get a reduced rate.
