What happens next
Four steps, in order
- Within one business day — I reply with a recommendation and next steps. Sometimes that's a plan, sometimes it's a project first, sometimes it's a question back.
- We agree on the shape — the plan, the first work, and anything unusual about your setup, in plain terms.
- The Service Agreement — arrives by email for e-signature. Nothing is billed before it's signed.
- Access and first work — a short checklist for access (nothing technical required of you), the first invoice through Square, and a full baseline audit so every month after has something to measure against.
